Desert Hills High School strives to put the learner at the heart of everything we do. We raise expectations and work with our students with mutual trust and respect, to ensure that students are prepared to meet their goals in the post-secondary educational and workplace environments. Our academic counselors continually work with students to establish a course schedule that meets the goals and requirements of the Arizona Department of Education, and academic and vocational institutions of higher learning. Take A Class At Desert Hills High School And Earn College Credit!
Students at Desert Hills High School in Gilbert now have more opportunities to earn college credit while still in high school.
This year, juniors and seniors can take several courses at the DHHS campus in conjunction with Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Students earn three college credits for each course completed, as part of the DHHS Dual Enrollment College Program.
Courses offered in the 2011-2012 school year will be Introduction to Business (GBS 151) and Accounting Principles (ACC 111) in the fall. English 101 will be offered in the spring. Call 480-813-1151 to sign up now!
